1.Eligibility

   – The competition is open to residents of Ireland and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  

2.Entry Requirements

   – To enter, participants must complete the designated survey available on the Alchemist Paint website or through the provided link.

   – Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

   – Entries must be received by the closing date of 16th of July.

 

3.Prize

   – One winner will receive €1500 worth of Alchemist Paint and tools.

   – The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

   – The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 

4.Winner Selection and Notification

   – The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.

   – The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

   – The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

 

5.Data Protection

   – Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

   – By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your competition entry.

 

6.Limitation of Liability

   – Alchemist Paint will not cover expenses for service providers needed for the project i.e., painters, builders, etc.

   – Alchemist Paint will not accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

   – Insofar as is permitted by law, Alchemist Paint, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Alchemist Paint, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.

 

7.General

   – Alchemist Paint reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

   – The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
